One-of-a-Kind Wearables and Accessories, artwork, and gifts.

Cotton Street Gallery’s textile artists use natural fibers and upcycled materials to create one-of-a-kind wearables and accessories, artwork, and gifts. The gallery is also home to Quilted Treasures, a collection of fine-quality new and antique handmade quilts, and Pat’s Brats, a line of adorable clothes for adorable kids.

Based in Andalusia, Alabama, Cotton Street Gallery honors the region’s rich textile history. Andalusia is nestled in cotton country and, for more than 70 years, was home to textile company AlaTex, which occupied thirty-five acres on River Falls Street and produced millions of Arrow men’s dress shirts, private label shirts for department stores, and other apparel. When the manufacturing plant closed, in the mid-1990s, Andalusia felt the impact. Now we celebrate our heritage by bringing textile artists and art lovers together at the Cotton Street Gallery.

All sales from the gallery benefit AIR Andalusia, a unique artists-in-residence program focusing on the textile arts. Come see us at 104 North Cotton Street.
